The world is once again facing the threat of a major war. Tensions are rising on three fronts at the same time.

*1. US – Iran War — Most Dangerous*

On Friday, the US carried out fresh strikes on Iran’s Qeshm Island in the Strait of Hormuz. President Donald Trump said the US is “locked and loaded” for another operation.

On Saturday, Iran warned — “Any further attack will get an immediate response, without any geographical limits.”

Iran is still blocking the Strait of Hormuz. About *one-fifth of the world’s oil* passes through this strait. If it stays closed, oil prices will rise all over the world, including Bangladesh.

The US has warned its citizens in 10 Middle East countries. Flights may be suspended.

*2. Russia – Ukraine War*

On Saturday morning, Russia launched a missile attack on Kyiv. Two people were injured, a kindergarten building was damaged. In the last 24 hours, fighting took place in 190 places.

Peace talks led by the US are scheduled in Abu Dhabi on 10-11 November, but attacks have increased before the talks.

*3. China – Taiwan — Fear of 2027*

A US general has said China is preparing to take Taiwan by 2027. Now 53 Chinese warships are moving around Taiwan.

One small mistake could trigger a US-China war.

*4. Pakistan – Afghanistan Border*
Firing is also going on at the Pakistan-Afghanistan border. This is being seen as a fourth front.
